Terms & Conditions
The rules for using aplashahar.in as an attendee or an event organiser.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Apla Shahar event ticketing website at aplashahar.in. By using the site or booking a ticket, you agree to them. aplashahar.com is a separate digital marketing agency website and is not covered by these terms.
2. Our role
Apla Shahar provides a platform for event listing, discovery and ticket booking. Events are created and run by independent organisers, who are responsible for the event, its content, venue, timing and safety. Where we act only as a ticketing facilitator, the contract for attending the event is between you and the organiser.
3. Bookings and tickets
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from us.
- Tickets are for the named event, date and time. Carry a valid ticket and any ID the organiser requires.
- Tickets must not be resold at inflated prices or duplicated. Such tickets may be cancelled without refund.
- Organisers may set entry rules, age limits and prohibited items for their events.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes and convenience or platform fees, which are displayed before you pay. See the Payment Policy for details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Organiser responsibilities
Organisers must provide accurate event information, hold the licences and permissions their event needs, honour confirmed tickets, and promptly inform us of any cancellation, reschedule or change. Commercial terms for organisers are shared during onboarding.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, use automated tools to bulk-book tickets, or break any law while using the service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apla Shahar is not liable for the conduct, cancellation or quality of events run by organisers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
