Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens to your money if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or you cannot attend.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Tickets are generally non-refundable

Once a ticket is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by the attendee unless this policy or the event's own listing says otherwise.

2. Event cancelled by the organiser

If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Whether convenience fees are also refunded will be stated on the event page or in the cancellation notice.

3. Event rescheduled

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is normally valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within the window announced in the reschedule notice.

4. Event changes

Changes to artists, speakers, guests, lineup or programme by the organiser do not by themselves entitle you to a refund, unless the event listing says so.

5. Failed and duplicate payments

Amounts debited without a confirmed booking, and duplicate charges, are refunded in full. See the Payment Policy.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We aim to initiate refunds within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the credit.

7. How to request a refund

Email Laxman@aplashahar.in or call 8080761619 with your name, mobile number, event name and booking or transaction reference. We will confirm the outcome after checking your booking.

8. Cases where no refund is given

  • You miss the event or arrive late or are refused entry for breaking entry rules.
  • Tickets that were duplicated, resold or obtained through unauthorised channels.
  • Events disrupted by circumstances beyond anyone's control, where the organiser holds the event on an alternate arrangement as announced.
