This policy applies to the Apla Shahar event ticketing and organiser onboarding website at aplashahar.in. It does not apply to aplashahar.com, which is a separate digital marketing agency website with its own policies.

- Organiser details, such as organisation name, event information and enquiry notes.
- Payment status information from our payment partners. We do not store full card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.

- To process bookings, issue tickets and send booking confirmations and updates.
